Mungo Linen in Antartica
We send Mungo Linen all over the world, but we have to say it was a first when a shipment recently left for Antarctica. First of its kind in the antarctic, White Desert has kitted their luxurious camp out with Mungo’s True linen bedding.
White Desert is a tented camp on the coldest continent on earth, with its own ice runway (no schlepping across thousands of miles of ice like Amundsen had to), a safari-style library and dining room, and luxuries such as fur rugs, stoves, hot-water bottles and Champagne dinners and pure Linen bedding.
Travellers can choose between a whistle-stop ‘Overnighter’ or longer stays of up to nine nights, wildlife-spotting, visiting an emperor penguin colony, and exploring untouched mountain ranges and hidden landscapes on the icy continent.
This will indeed be on the bucket list!
