WEDDING LINEN

A small but necessary addition to making your wedding day just that more special is finding the perfect table linen.

A bonus of being the daughter of a weaver and part of the Mungo team, is that when your wedding rolls around its a good time to cash in on some favors and use the talents that surround you. We had a small wedding on our family farm in the Crag’s near Plettenberg Bay. The ceremony and reception were tucked away in the forest with a rustic atmosphere. We used our Barras table runners that looked lovely on the rustic / distressed wooden tables. Then used our cotton and linen stripe tea towels as a serviette slash gift for all the guests. Yes, we thought this was pretty clever. Two birds, one stone, as they say. Mungo throws were also introduced to add layers and texture and keep the chill out. So this is our version of how Mungo was part of our wedding day.
