How does it work?

– Browse a registry (the registry holder would have shared a link with you.)
– Select a gift from the registry and add it to the cart.
– Once you’re happy with your selection, hit the ‘cart’ button and then ‘checkout’.
– At checkout, you can select your payment method. If you’d like to add a special message, please leave do so in the ‘order notes’ at the bottom of the page.
– Select the “gift registry” or local pickup option to avoid delivery charges.
– We’ll wrap your gift, and deliver it directly to the registry holder.

How do I access a registry?
Your friend or loved one will have received, and shared with you, a link to their registry.

Can I leave a special message with my parcel?
Yes! Please leave your message on the checkout page under the ‘order notes’ section and we’ll add a handwritten note.

Will the registry holder know what gift I have selected for them?
We’ll attach your special message to your gift, which will let the host know what you’ve chosen.

Where does my chosen product get delivered?
Your items will be delivered directly to the registry holder at their chosen address. We’ll be sure to gift wrap it beautifully, and include a special message if you’d like.

When will it be delivered?
After the event. The host will select the date they’d like to close their registry, and from there our team will wrap, pack and send everything via courier.

Can I take my gift to the event?
The gift registry is set up so as to consolidate all parcels and deliver them directly after the event. We’ll be sure to wrap the gifts beautifully, include your special messages and deliver everything securely via courier service.

Can I buy a gift for a registry in one of the Mungo shops?
The best way is to shop from the online registry. However if you’d like to purchase a gift directly from one of our stores, our retail team can assist. You can show the retail staff the registry, select and purchase. Our online team can then remove your chosen gifts from the online registry to avoid double-ups. Gift wrapping services are offered in store too.

Can the host exchange their gift?
Once the host has closed off their registry, they will be given the option to exchange items, or to use the total value received to put towards a bigger item or a gift voucher. We will however include the specials messages for each gift.
