Our Organic Cotton Scout Towels are designed with one of the world’s most sustainable fibres – GOTS-certified organic cotton.
Organic cotton is cultivated in chemical-free fields, uses up to 90% less water, and is handpicked to preserve the fibre quality.
We choose GOTS certification because it’s the gold standard for organic threads. What does all of this mean? That the health of the soil and the farmer is protected, as well as each hand along the way that helps to weave your Mungo product to life.
A Unique Weave
Featuring a unique ‘recess’ weave – a design that’s both functional and good looking. By adding more thread into the weft, the Scout Towel has great absorbency, whilst being soft to the touch.

Why Organic?
Organic cotton is cultivated and produced without genetic modification, chemical fertilisers, pesticides, or synthetic dyes. As a result, it’s a fibre that’s not only better for our soil and skin, but for the wellbeing of farmers – who are protected against the chemical exposure of GMO cotton, and can better regulate fair wages to ensure improved quality of life.
